Ruth's Chris must feel the heat from Jeff Ruby's. While it is no longer bar none the best steak in town, they have notched it up with great new features and service. Much appreciated considering the $$$$

Although you can't see the view of the city while at your table (there is an annoying cement barrier blocking it!) it is beautiful if you go outside and walk around the rooftop. The food is outstanding, particularly the steaks. Sides are to share, and their bread pudding for dessert is to die for. Highly recommend not just for special occasions, but for a needed lift during the week!
